Welcome to Lichiantidde Home&Breakfast.
The staff invites you to read the internal regulations, in order to guarantee everyone a great stay!
The behaviors to observe in the B&B are not only those sanctioned by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
- Bookings: you can book your stay by calling +393351662206 // +393351354417, or by sending an e-mail at info@lichiantidde.com. You may also fill in the inquiry form at http://www.lichiantidde.com/prenotazioni. Within 24 hrs you will receive your booking confirmation, along with the details for paying the 30% deposit via wire transfer or Paypal. You can complete your payment when checking out, using a major credit card or cash. Unfortunately we do not accept checks.
- Please have your valid IDs at hand when checking in.
- Please inform the host of your expected arrival time, at least 24 hrs in advance. Failing to do so may cause delays: we don’t want you to wait nor can be responsible for claims.
- Strangers are not allowed into the B&B without the host’s permission.
- Rooms are ready after 12:00 h. During your stay and the day of check-out, please leave your room(s) by 10:00 am to allow for daily and final cleaning.
- Breakfast is served daily between 08:30 and 10.30 am, unless agreed otherwise.
- Smoking inside the B&B is strictly prohibited.
- We regret we cannot accommodate your pets.
- We appreciate your attention and care with the objects and furniture in our B&B. Accidents may happen, but damages will have to be paid for.
- Please notify the host should you have any allergies or food intolerance. Our personnel cannot be responsible for unpleasant reactions.
- In order to comply with the proper disposal of waste, you will find at various points of the structure the appropriate containers.
- CHECK- IN is available from 1 PM to 7 PM unless otherwise agreed. After 7 PM a supplement of € 10 for each additional hour is applied.
